4. Membership and Event Registrations

4.2. Membership terms and Conditions:
• Membership is valid for a period of 01 / 02 years from the date of new / renewed membership.
• Memberships are subject to approval by the membership committee / Regional council
• The completed membership form is to be sent to the registered office.
• Corporate members can nominate upto three people.
• Once the payment for membership is made, it cannot be cancelled by the member under any circumstances.
4.3. You must not allow any other unauthorized person to use your account to access the website.
4.4. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.5. You must not use any other person’s account to access the website.
5. User login details
5.1. If you register for ICBC membership, we will provide you with an unique user ID and password.
5.2. Your user ID must not be liable to mislead; you must not use your account or user ID for or in connection with the impersonation of any person.
5.3. You must keep your password strictly confidential.
5.4. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password.
5.5. You must notify us in writing if you leave the company or move on to other projects.
6. Cancellation and suspension of account

(a) suspend your membership
(b) cancel your membership and/or
