Kate Sweetman is a Founding Principal at SweetmanCragun-a global management consulting and training firm-and specializes in leadership, culture, high performing teams, facilitation, learning design, and publishing. Kate has coached and consulted with leaders and organizations globally for 25 years, including Nokia, Goldman Sachs, OHL, British Petroleum, Telekom Malaysia, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. She most recently completed a three-year research and leadership residence for the Malaysian Central Bank, Bank Negara, in Kuala Lumpur.
Kate has authored more than 30 articles and blog posts on leadership and management in respected journals, magazines, and newspapers worldwide, including Forbes, Sloan Management Review, the Boston Globe, the Asian Economic Times, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review. She is a visiting lecturer and student-coach at MIT’s Legatum Center for Entrepreneurship, and a Lead Program Orchestrator for Duke University Corporate Education. She received her B.A. from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and her M.B.A. from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
